Weekly Rental Rates

Weekly Rental Rates:  All weekly reservations begin and end on Friday.
$5,559.00 per week: Mid-May - Labor Day Weekend
$4,359.00 per week: Early May and  September (Labor Day Weekend) - October

Multi week discount in October (10%)

Rates per day plus 6% Michigan Use Tax. $200.00 cleaning fee per booking.  Full payment is required at the time of booking if 30 days or less to reservation.  A 50% deposit is required to reserve your vacation dates.
McGreevy Cottage rents 1 year in advance with current guests having the 1st option for the following year.

Maximum occupancy: 6 including children.  NO PETS.
